About the Role We are seeking reliable, hands-on individuals to join our trenchless pipe lining team as Installation Technicians. The Installation Technician plays a key role on our trenchless pipe lining crew, supporting the setup and execution of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation projects. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined candidates who enjoy physical work, want to learn a skilled trade, and are motivated by long-term career growth. You'll work alongside experienced technicians on trenchless rehabilitation projects that make a real difference in local communities. No experience? No problem. We provide on-the-job training and a clear path to advancement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)
• 6+ months of experience in construction, utilities, or other field-based work preferred
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs and work in confined spaces and variable outdoor conditions
• Familiarity with basic hand tools, power tools, and equipment operation
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed (including occasional overnight stays)

Responsibilities

• Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and organization
• Operate or assist with hand tools, power tools, and specialized CIPP equipment
• Support the installation and curing of trenchless liners (CIPP)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
• Follow company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
• Communicate effectively with crew members to coordinate daily tasks
• Complete basic documentation (e.g., material usage logs, job notes) as directed
