About The Position

Southern Traditions Window Fashions has an immediate need for an ambitious full-time Installation Technician to provide installation and repair services to both residential and commercial properties. Come work with us in our Charlotte location, where your responsibilities will include: Transporting and handling products safely to the customers' destination. Installing window treatments such as blinds, shades, shutters etc. using necessary tools and techniques as recommended. Inspecting products pre and post-installation for any damage and ensuring proper installation. Communicating with clients clearly and professionally. Demonstrating flexibility and ability to work with a changing schedule. Completing continual product training and maintaining product knowledge with new products and technical specifications. Diligent, organized, and with a strong attention to detail. Utilizing great customer service to our clients in their homes. Ability to work independently or as part of a team, often working closely with another team member. Engaging with customers with a positive demeanor at field-marketing events. Owning a valid driver's license and good driving record. About You Successful candidates will be solution-oriented problem solvers who are dependable and effective communicators.
