Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience
- Experience with low voltage systems (fire alarm, access control, cameras, security)
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Basic understanding of electrical and life safety codes
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot low voltage cabling and devices
- Perform installations of fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and security systems
- Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and project documentation
- Ensure work meets local codes, NEC, and company quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and customers
