About The Position

This role is an opportunity to introduce customers to AT&T's robust network and deliver best-in-class service, elevating the customer experience through seamless installation and activation of state-of-the-art technology. As an Installation Technician, you will work independently at customer homes and businesses, acting as a trusted expert to install high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services. The position offers the chance to meet new people daily, solve problems, and be rewarded for good work. Tasks vary from putting in new lines and climbing ladders to simply plugging in and activating Wi-Fi networks, ensuring no two days are the same. AT&T provides extensive training and resources in a collaborative and dynamic team environment, with ongoing paid training for career growth.

Requirements

Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Possess a valid state driver’s license
Lift and move up-to 80 lbs
Weigh less than 275 lbs., required for ladder safety
At times work in small spaces or aloft (up to 28 ft.)
Be available for overtime, emergency call outs and holiday work
Identify wire and cable colors
Qualify on pre-employment assessment
