We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Installation Technician with experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work on commercial construction projects.

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on MEP installation experience in commercial or industrial settings
Working knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, and/or basic electrical components
Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus

Responsibilities

Install and assist with the setup of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in accordance with project plans and specifications
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to ensure accurate installation
Perform system checks and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and code compliance
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field personnel to meet installation schedules
Adhere to all safety regulations and company protocols
Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in clean, working condition
Provide excellent customer service on job sites and represent VMG professionally
