Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working with low-voltage or electrical systems/wiring.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must maintain professional appearance and conduct.
• Ability to read and work from schematic drawings.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Working knowledge of computer use, proficiency is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Technical or Trade School degree in electronics or related field is a plus.
• Working knowledge of computer use, proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Installation, programming, testing, and service of electronic security systems including intrusion alarm systems, access control systems, and CCTV/video systems.
• Interpret and work from blueprints and schematic diagrams.
• Test and troubleshoot circuits and sensors to ensure they perform as designed.
• Provide clear system demonstrations and explain functionality to customers — including how to avoid false alarms.
