About The Position
Midwest Security Services is seeking a skilled Installation Technician with experience in troubleshooting, installation, service and preventive maintenance on commercial security products, including fire, intrusion/burglary systems, access control and CCTV systems or equivalent work-related experience in the low voltage, voice/data/service or security industry.

Responsibilities
- Installation of Access Control, CCTV, Alarm and low voltage systems
- Communication with customer during the installation process and status of the job, schedule changes, delays, systems testing
- Attends installation review meetings
- Ensures assigned installations are completed on-time and within budget
- Maintains and submits accurate paperwork and documentation
- Installs conduit, coring, or trenching a plus
- Installs/pulling cable and wire
- General understanding of networking and IT infrastructure
- Mounts panels, field devices, computers, power supplies
- Programming, set-up, testing systems
- Testing and inspections
