• A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support for Athena Security's threat detection platform and hardware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MDM software, iPads, and antivirus solutions.
• Deploy and manage iPads using Apple Configurator.
• Assist clients with Vanta integration and usage.
• Understand and manage IP addressing configurations.
• Perform installation tasks across various sites, up to 80% travel required.
• Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate installation of products.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to coordinate installation schedules.
• Conduct site assessments to determine project requirements and potential challenges.
• Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively during installation processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on installation sites.
• Troubleshoot installation issues as they arise and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during installations.
