About The Position

Provide leadership and direction to construction teams, including Installation Technician I and II, ensuring efficient and effective task execution. Collaborate with project managers to plan and organize construction projects, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting. Execute complex construction tasks, such as specialized concrete work, structural installations, and other high-skill activities, with precision and expertise. Operate and oversee the operation of a wide range of advanced construction equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols. Analyze and interpret detailed construction plans and blueprints, providing insights and recommendations for efficient project implementation. Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets the highest standards and complies with relevant regulations. Take a lead role in identifying and resolving complex construction challenges, making informed decisions to keep projects on track. Lead safety initiatives, conduct regular safety audits, and ensure the strict adherence to safety protocols on the construction site. Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring a skilled and capable workforce. Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring overall satisfaction with the construction process. True Up is an equal opportunity employer.
