About The Position

DMI, LLC is seeking a Installation Supervisor to join us. The Installation Supervisor provides advanced technical advice and guidance on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement of Government technical products and/or programs. This role requires a wide range of in-depth skills and knowledge in computer hardware and software as well as networking systems in use at customer sites. The supervisor will provide expertise for the resolution of technical problems, troubleshoot products, and modify products to meet customer requirements. Additionally, the supervisor will provide expert and second-tier technical support for the installation and repair of complex systems and outages, review system and configurations to ensure successful implementation of services into production, and maintain system stability through advanced analytical techniques, timely resolution of incidents, and proactive maintenance to provide maximum availability and optimal Mean Time To Repair.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Leads other subject matter experts of the IT technology team for specific customers.
• Evaluates design and architecture issues.
• Increases integration of services delivered.
• Researches current market technologies to design cost-effective solutions that meet current and foreseeable customer requirements.
