Requirements

  • High school Diploma
  • College College courses in business management, leadership and accounting helpful
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in installation and/ or Service, or equivalent mechanical/electrical outside experience
  • Have proven leadership abilities
  • Possess strong customer service skills: ability to professionally represent WASH to owners, managers & customers
  • Command excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Valid driver license required
  • Some travel required

Responsibilities

  • Plan, assign, and oversee installation department’s workflow.
  • Establish & maintain professional, supportive & enthusiastic relationships with WASH’s sales team
  • Review & report on installation department metrics: schedule of installation costs, production reports & installation lead times
  • Insure best-in-class quality standards via site visits, location inspections and customer meetings.
  • Review & update standard operating procedures to insure efficiencies and professional customer service.
  • Drive system enhancements to promote productivity and customer service.
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to align procedures.
  • Oversee installation department special projects.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews.
