As our Installation Supervisor, you will bring an understanding of code requirements and building systems knowledge to guide your team on the construction sites. Your familiarity in working with general contractors and effectively managing resources will lead to further success for yourself and the team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant construction expertise.
• Supervisory experience, ideally leading a union represented workforce.
• Understanding of code requirements and building systems.
• Ability to work with general contractors and manage resources.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in a related field or additional years of experience.
• Familiarity with new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage local installation operations as Installation Supervisor.
• Lead a team on a construction site with multiple subcontractors.
• Implement and monitor safety guidelines for the team.
