Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant construction expertise.
• Supervisory experience, ideally leading a union represented workforce.
• Understanding of code requirements and building systems.
• Familiarity with working with general contractors.
• Ability to manage resources effectively.

• Associate degree in a related field or additional years of experience.
• Appetite for learning and leveraging new technologies.

• Manage local installation operations for KONE in Beltsville, MD covering DC and Northern VA.
• Lead a team on construction sites with multiple subcontractors.
