Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• High level of customer service and professionalism
• Self-starter who works well independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to lift, climb ladders, and work in residential environments

Nice To Haves

• Experience installing window treatments is a plus — but we are willing to train the right candidate who brings the right attitude and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Install custom window treatments in residential and commercial settings
• Take accurate measurements and ensure precise alignment
• Use various tools safely and effectively
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
• Troubleshoot unexpected challenges on-site
• Leave every space clean, polished, and complete
