As a part of our dynamic team, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with top healthcare providers in the country, applying AI-powered RPM solutions to tackle some of the most pressing challenges in healthcare - enhancing staff efficiency, improving patient outcomes, and pioneering the next generation of care models We are looking for an Installation Specialist to handle on-site setup and support of Dozee devices across healthcare facilities. This role is based in Houston but requires extensive travel across the United States. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically skilled, and comfortable working in dynamic healthcare environments.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel extensively nationwide
• Experience in hardware/equipment installation
• Basic networking knowledge
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and ability to work independently
• Experience with healthcare or IoT devices

Nice To Haves

• Medical device installation experience
• Prior field installation experience

Responsibilities

• Travel extensively across the U.S. for device installations (primary requirement)
• Install and configure Dozee equipment, including sensor mats
• Ensure correct placement of mats for accurate performance
• Set up and troubleshoot basic networking (Wi-Fi, LAN, routers)
• Test systems and resolve installation issues
• Provide basic training to on-site staff
• Maintain documentation of installations and service reports
