About The Position

We're currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Installer/Service Technician to join our team and help bring pure water to our customers. As a Culligan Water Installer/Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and servicing residential and light commercial water treatment systems including water softeners, filtration systems, reverse osmosis systems, and other Culligan products. Culligan provides healthy, delicious water for our customers in their homes, offices, businesses, and industrial facilities around the world. Our complete line of water softeners, water filtration systems, commercial and industrial water treatment solutions, drinking water systems, whole-house filtration systems and bottled water delivery options set the standard in the water treatment industry. This location is independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the owner, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this location. All inquiries about employment at this location should be made directly to the location owner, and not to Culligan Corporate.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in a variety of environments (crawl spaces, attics, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

Nice To Haves

  • Plumbing or mechanical experience preferred (license a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Install and set up water treatment equipment at customer locations according to specifications and safety standards
  • Perform routine maintenance and service calls
  • Diagnose issues with water systems and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Provide clear instructions and education to customers on system operation and maintenance
  • Ensure all installations comply with local plumbing and building codes
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used
  • Deliver excellent customer service and represent Culligan in a professional manner
  • Load and unload equipment and tools safely
  • Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and workspace
