This role involves implementing procedures and processes to set the highest standard for service excellence and operational efficiency for the department. The position requires monitoring and prioritizing scheduling conflicts, ensuring invoicing for all completed services is up to date, and creating, managing, and tracking department Key Performance Indicators to ensure goals are being met. The Installation Service Manager will also provide direction and clarification to field service technicians, address escalated issues, and create a working system for material management to enhance efficiencies for service technicians.
