What you will do The Analyst is a role focused on providing actionable insights and key-metric reporting for Sensormatic Global Operations Leadership team. How you will do it This role is part of a group supporting our larger Sensormatic family to provide reporting on operational metrics. In addition to simply running existing metrics, this individual will be responsible for transforming the current list of KPIs to a higher standard and to ensure accuracy. The role will also be involved with integrating the current metrics into the PowerBI, Excel or other business intelligence tools. As the organization utilizes the ServiceMax CRM tool, this individual will be responsible for ensuring all required Ops metrics are available either within the system itself or integrated with PowerBI, or other BI tools inside and outside the cloud data environment. Success in this role will be judged on timeliness and accuracy of reporting, proficiency with business intelligence tools, and feedback from related teams. What we look for Degree in Data Science (or equivalent experience) and fluency in the English language. Expertise in MS Office and other software tools. Coursework in SQL. Interest in learning Salesforce data analysis and extraction. Ability to communicate ideas effective. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience using business intelligence tools such as PowerBI to create and publish accurate, concise and quality enterprise level reporting. Knowledge of data base structure and design. Ability to learn statistical forecasting methods and ability to interpret data trends through analysis. Ability to interact with business stakeholders to gather their business requirements and translate them into functional requirements for the data engineers to build reports in Google Cloud environment. Ability to build reports and dashboards to track performance in inventory optimization across field operations. Strong organizational and time management skills Exercise good judgment, including when to seek input from your supervisor(s)/ team members. Willingness to learn new systems and processes. Work cooperatively with others. Completed or Pursuing coursework in the following: PHP, MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL skills. PHP Apps using Oracle databases MSSQL & MySQL. Reporting: Excel SQL knowledge PowerBI
