About The Position

Renewal by Andersen, your premier window and door replacement company, is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and independent Installation Project Manager (IPM) to oversee the planning and execution of window and door installations, ensuring accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role requires coordination with installation crews, sales representatives, and homeowners to deliver projects on time and within specifications. The IPM is ultimately responsible for managing the details of the project from point of sale through completion.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in home improvement, construction, or related field, project or installation management
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check to drive a company vehicle in accordance with company's insurance policy requirements
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail in a fast paced environment
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering solutions that meet customer expectations
  • Knowledge of building codes and construction techniques
  • Experience with using project management tools, CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 60lbs
  • Ability to sit or stand or extended periods
  • Comfortable using ladders, hand tools, and large equipment

Responsibilities

  • Accurately measure dimension and determine installation processes for windows and doors
  • Confirm details within sales contracts to ensure alignment with product features and installation process
  • Determine labor duration and materials required for successful job completion
  • Assist Design Consultants with pre-sale site visits to define project scope and accuracy
  • Complete and submit accurate job files, ensuring quality hand-offs to internal teams
  • Manage product related paperwork
  • Provide installation solutions that meet customer expectations and align with Renewal product specifications
  • Serve as primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the installation life cycle, managing expectations and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the process
  • Troubleshoot issues with Crew Managers on the day of installation, including onsite support when necessary
