The IKAT Project Manager is responsible for leading the execution Demo / Conversion / Installation of products through well-defined schedules and procedures.

Responsibilities

Owns the daily operational planning and execution of all Installation Qualification activities while providing single point of contact for customer for all Installation Qualification related issues.
Establish and audit local operating procedures to provide a training aid and reference source for Edwards and customer personnel.
Develops process templates to guide project(s).
Coordinates with the global Edwards community to harmonize processes between groups.
Performs special projects at customer site with minimal supervision
Assists with failure analysis by providing information on mode of failure on each equipment failure.
Submits information to Edwards technical department to drive equipment improvements.
Writes weekly/monthly reports on activities that have been performed at a customer's site based on customer and regional management requirements.
Work with Site Lead and Site Manager to ensure 7x24 escalation support for site team.
Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance; works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
