The Big Task As an Install Coordinator, you will ensure installations run smoothly by coordinating schedules, supporting installers, and keeping customers informed and satisfied throughout the process.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate installation schedules to drive efficiency, profitability, and smooth operations
  • Act as the central point of contact for installers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate records, process payments, track permits, and manage documentation within the customer management system
  • Support installer payroll, scheduling needs, and process improvements
