Holman's upfitting division has a great opportunity for an Installation Mechanic to join our team in Blue Mound, TX. $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS - Ask for details! Pay: $20 an hour Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of previous electrical, mechanical, and equipment assembly experience required or completion/current enrollment in an accredited Technical School.
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Understanding of electrical schematics and 12V circuits.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems.
• Must pass a physical, drug test, and criminal background check prior to employment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Installing new aftermarket equipment on new vehicles in a Safety-First environment.
• Understanding the value that quality plays in the overall success of the company.
• Helping in increasing the quality of products for the appearance and safety for customers.
• Testing installed parts prior to final inspection.
• Referencing Work Order for placement, orientation, and overall function of equipment.
• Informing and communicating suggestions and errors to relevant departments for continuous improvement of the installation process.
