This opportunity is for an Installation Manager in Miramar, FL, who will be responsible for managing local installation operations. The role involves leading multiple teams on various construction sites with subcontractors, prioritizing and monitoring safety guidelines, providing learning opportunities, managing schedules, and tracking team performance. The manager will also collaborate across the organization to achieve business goals, guide teams with knowledge of code requirements and building systems, work effectively with general contractors, manage resources, and oversee other Installation Supervisors/Superintendents to ensure site readiness for projects. Requirements

  • Familiarity and comfort in leading multiple teams on various construction sites with multiple subcontractors in vicinity.
  • Professional experience where implementing and monitoring safety guidelines has been a top priority.
  • Successful in effectively managing a schedule and tracking team’s overall performance.
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals.
  • Understanding of code requirements and building systems knowledge.
  • Familiarity in working with general contractors and effectively managing resources.
  • 5+ years of relevant construction expertise.
  • Supervisory experience, ideally leading a union represented workforce.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field or 8+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
