The primary role of the Installation Manager is to effectively and efficiently manage the activities of installation teams from dispatch through job close-out. This role will also provide real-time on-job issue resolution between the consumer, THD, and ACS; adhering to our “Say Yes” values while maintaining financial objectives. About You (Who we're looking for) You have worked in a Call Center environment and loved it. You find joy in speaking with customers over the phone and are eager to find them the resolution needed. You enjoy keeping track of many moving parts and make sure everything works outs in the end. Rolling up your sleeves and getting into the nitty gritty is your thing and are always looking for the next task to accomplish.
