About The Position
Constructs, erects, installs, and repairs structures and fixtures of wood-based raw materials, such as cabinets, doors, walls, trim, tables, specialty fixtures, and fixtures from various high density polymer materials, such as, Corian, etc. and oversees department team by performing the following duties: Bring your attention to detail and installation skills to a company with over 150 years of history and a future full of opportunity.
Requirements
- four to five years related experience in cabinet fixture installation, assembly, lamination and solid surface fabrication
- Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Must be willing to travel locally and out of state.
Responsibilities
- Studies specifications in blueprints, sketches or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required.
- Coordinates with outside GC for all schedules (install, safety, inspections).
- Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems.
- Recommends measures to improve installation methods and efficiencies, equipment performance and quality of products.
