About The Position
The Installation Helper supports the Lead Installer in the installation of windows and doors while learning Renewal by Andersen installation standards and best practices. This is a development-focused role designed for individuals who are motivated to grow their skills, contribute to high-quality projects, and advance toward a future Lead Installer position.
Requirements
- Construction, trade, or hands-on labor experience preferred (not required)
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license preferred

Responsibilities
- Assist Lead Installer with the removal and installation of windows and doors
- Prepare job sites, tools, and materials prior to and during installations
- Follow instructions and guidance from the Lead Installer and installation leadership
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Learn installation techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Demonstrate reliability, coachability, and ongoing skill development
