About The Position

As a Fire Large Projects Foreman, you will lead the installation of fire life safety systems on large commercial projects. Your responsibilities include managing field crews, coordinating with project managers, contractors, and clients, and ensuring all projects are completed safely, on time, and to high standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years installing fire alarm systems (i.e., EST4, Honeywell, Potter, Silent Knight, Fire Lite, etc).
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Valid California Driver License and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Install and oversee the installation of fire life safety systems (i.e. EST4, Honeywell, Potter, Silent Knight, Fire Lite, etc.)
• Program, configure, and test fire alarm control panels and associated devices to ensure proper operation, code compliance, and system integration.
• Conduct final inspections of fire life safety systems.
• Review project documents, and ensure all reporting and billing are accurate.
• Read the blueprints and installation drawings to direct the scope of work, troubleshoot system issues, and make sure everyone follows company and safety standards.
• Manage our inventory and vehicle maintenance, onboard new team members, and promote punctuality and consistent attendance within the team.
