5+ years of experience designing, configuring, or troubleshooting IP networks
Experience leading technical teams
Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi and network hardware (configuration, troubleshooting, and support)
Strong knowledge of hardware/software support, imaging, break/fix, and deployments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to meet physical and travel requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and 10+ years of total experience; or 18 years of experience in lieu of a degree
Nice To Haves
Experience with Microsoft Windows desktop deployments
Prior experience as a Tier 2 IT Helpdesk Technician
Public Trust clearance
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Familiarity with analyzing network traffic and troubleshooting connectivity issues
