About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated individual Installation Estimator in our Green Bay, WI office. If you're ready to get your start in the construction industry and make an impact behind the scenes, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do: As an Installation Estimator , you’ll be putting together successful project bids—analyzing project specifications and documents, calculating costs, and helping turn construction plans into real, on-the-ground results.
Requirements
- We’re looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for precision, combined with strong communication skills across email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
- The ideal candidate can manage multiple deadlines and projects while thriving as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Additionally, a willingness to work onsite and maintain consistent, punctual attendance is essential.
Nice To Haves
- Construction experience is a plus – but not required.
- We’ll train the right person who’s willing to learn!
Responsibilities
- Reading project documents to understand materials, timelines, and labor needs.
- Estimating installation labor costs for doors, frames, hardware, and building specialties.
- Collaborating with subcontractors and vendors for quotes.
- Reviewing code discrepancies and suggesting alternate bid strategies.
- Working directly with sales, install managers, and project teams.
