About The Position

Are you highly organized and skilled at keeping multiple projects moving smoothly? As an Installation Coordinator, you’ll be the central point connecting our customers with our sales and service teams. Every day is different — you’ll track orders, schedule installations, coordinate equipment and staff, and make sure everything is in place for a successful project. Your work ensures installations happen on time, customers are satisfied, and our business continues to thrive.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, project coordination, scheduling, or administrative support (experience in commercial or industrial equipment installation is a plus).
  • Strong multitasking skills — you thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Highly organized and comfortable using technology to manage projects.

Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for customers in your assigned area.
  • Track incoming orders and monitor shipment dates and installation requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate equipment, installers, and contractors.
  • Keep projects on track — from order through invoicing.
  • Review completed installations, analyze profitability, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate daily with customers, sales reps, and service teams.
