About The Position

Zero Homes is hiring an Installation Coordinator for our HQ location in Denver. As an Installation Coordinator, you will be responsible for core customer work-streams throughout our core operations functions and will touch nearly every part of our business. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in field project management, installation operations, customer service, or a related role as an expert generalist
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication abilities, ability to interface with customers
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, G-Suite
• Familiarity with Heat Pumps or other renewable energy products and services
• You live within 50 miles of Denver, CO (or are willing to relocate with assistance)

Responsibilities

• Manage the day to day coordination of electrification projects from contract through install completion
• Interface directly with customers, subcontractors and vendors and own day-to-day management of our support lines
• Track and maintain project documentation, including permits and inspections, job close out, and quality documentation
• Support key business operations projects and partnerships
• Overall, help each team at Zero to be more efficient and effective while contributing to our ambitious mission
