Service Pros Installation Group works as an exclusive flooring installation provider for Lowe’s Home Improvement. We have workrooms across the Southeast, Northeast, and Midwest. We are looking to hire someone in our Flooring Installation Coordinator position who enjoys their primary focus during their workday being customer service. The Flooring Installation Coordinator is a customer facing role and is responsible for partnering with Lowes Installed Sales staff and Service Pros Installation Groups Contractors to ensure customer satisfaction. The Flooring Installation Specialist is responsible for a variety of administrative support functions such as reviewing contracts, ensuring product delivery, scheduling installs, overseeing the installation process, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction of flooring projects to name a few.
