About The Position

As an Installation Coordinator for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen, you'll be responsible for contacting homeowners to schedule their installations, setting clear expectations, and delivering a positive, high-touch level of customer experience throughout the process. By building strong relationships with homeowners and collaborating closely with the Install Support team and Production Leaders, you'll help align schedules, streamline communication, and keep projects moving efficiently.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer relations, empathetic & personable skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills of listening and speaking for handling customer conflicts.
  • Knowledgeable with tactful and diplomatic approach to tasks at hand.
  • Must be able to organize & prioritize.
  • Ability to adapt well and accept feedback in a changing environment.
  • Must be comfortable in technology driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently & with other teammates.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • College Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Takes both inbound and outbound calls to schedule installation dates and confirm project details.
  • Manage and respond promptly to a high volume of emails to ensure clear and timely communication.
  • Schedule initial Installations and Install Service appointments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepares customer correspondence when needed, such as paid invoices or rebates.
  • Coordinate scheduling adjustments, reschedules, and conflict resolution as needed.
  • Partner closely with Production Leaders and Install Managers to align on crew capacity and sub contractors.
  • Build positive relationships with homeowners and teammates to ensure a seamless installation journey.
  • First point of contact for customer de-escalation.
  • Other jobs duties as assigned.
