DMI, LLC is seeking a Installation Coordinator to join us. The position involves supporting PC, Mac, and Laptop expertise needed to perform the duties of this position. Duties include some or all of the following: receiving assets, moving equipment within and/or between facilities, staging equipment for build/image activity, interviewing clients as part of pre-deployment asset discovery, executing equipment replacement activity, updating asset management system to reflect work performed, monitoring daily activity, installing and maintaining PC hardware and software, preparing assets for disposition, and other administrative duties. The Installation Coordinator is responsible for all deployment, downloads, and doing local installations. Experience with computer support, including deployment, computing hardware troubleshooting and repair, and managing incoming and outgoing assets is required.
