As an Installation Coordinator, you will be responsible for the logistical and labor coordination of all installation jobs, including scheduling, job move-ups, and working closely with production group leaders to align resources effectively. You will create project folders, order Class II parts, schedule installation dates with customers, and update and release orders while coordinating job scheduling in collaboration with the Custom Committee. This role requires strong communication with installation technicians, participation in field measurements and take-off meetings, and acting as a key liaison between the Sales and Production teams. You'll manage Class III extrusion orders, coordinate expedite slots and maintain ongoing relationships with end-users in the Healthcare and Retail sectors, as well as with general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and suppliers. Additionally, you'll partner with the District Sales Department to determine appropriate labor hours for each job.
