About The Position

Join our high-performing installation team as a Field Tech Helper—the right-hand support to our expert Technicians, who bring 3 Day Blinds’ premium window coverings to life in homes every day. As a Helper, you’ll work side-by-side with seasoned pros, gaining real-world installation experience while helping to keep projects running smoothly and safely. You’ll lend a hand in our warehouse prepping materials, processing returns, and maintaining efficiency behind the scenes. Requirements
