Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand/power tools
Strong attention to detail and workmanship
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, overhead)
Valid driver's license with a insurable driving record
Willingness to learn and adapt to new installation procedures

Nice To Haves

1-2+ years of experience in truck accessory or automotive installations
Knowledge of how power tools work, electrical wiring (e.g. lighting installs) and general vehicle customization
Experience with welding or fabrication (optional but a plus)

Responsibilities

Install aftermarket accessories and upgrades on trucks, service bodies, and SUV’s(e.g., Air bags, lighting kits, tonneau covers, hitches, headache racks, tool boxes.)
Perform vehicle inspections before and after installations
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Follow manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate effectively with team members and managers regarding work performed
Keep accurate records of installations and parts used
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues
Occasionally assist in loading/unloading inventory or helping other team members.
