They are looking for a highly skilled Install Plumber to join their team. The Install Plumber is responsible for the professional and timely execution of plumbing installations sold by our Advisors. This role requires a high degree of independence, strong technical knowledge of residential systems and older homes, and the ability to complete all installations to code and company standards. Success is measured by the quality of work, efficiency, and consistent delivery of 5-star customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience is required.
  • Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems, including the complexities of older homes, and the ability to complete installations to code.
  • Must be a reliable self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Required to utilize company-provided technology (iPad and iPhone).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Service Titan software is highly preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Complete all plumbing installations quickly, cleanly, and professionally, ensuring all work adheres strictly to local code and company quality standards.
  • Work closely with the Plumbing Advisors/Sales team to fully understand the scope of work and installation requirements before starting the job.
  • Ability to work independently, as most jobs are run solo. Must be a self-starter who manages time and materials efficiently.
  • Identify additional work or necessary repair opportunities (upsell opportunities) while on site and communicate them clearly back to the sales team/Plumbing Advisor.
  • Run an average of 3–5 calls per day. Complete most jobs on the same day, with larger projects extending up to 2–2.5 days.
  • Collect payment after job completion and consistently aim to deliver 5-star customer reviews by providing polite, professional service.
  • Must be physically capable of daily field work, including lifting and maneuvering equipment.

  • Earn competitive hourly pay ranging from $32-$45 per hour plus bonuses/spiffs, with OTE ranging from $75,000 to $145,000 annually.
