This role focuses on executing plumbing installations for work sold by another licensed plumber. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing systems, be detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship. Plumbers are paid weekly and have uncapped commission opportunities. Requirements

Valid Texas plumbing license: Tradesman Plumber License or higher.
Minimum of 2 years of plumbing installation experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Reliable transportation and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Install plumbing systems and fixtures according to specifications and building codes.
Interpret job orders to determine layout and installation procedures.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure accurate execution of sold work.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as needed.
Document work performed and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
