The principal duties and responsibilities will be: Oversee and support the operation, preventative and breakdown maintenance, and repair of site-specific heating systems. Perform routine inspections of site-specific heating systems and log pertinent data. Troubleshooting semi-complex electrical, mechanical, and control system issues with minimal supervision. Follow established safety, quality, and cleanroom protocols at all times. Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation. Collaborate with engineering and vendors during maintenance/service events. Coordinate and participate in installing, commissioning, re-configuring, and demoing site-specific line heating systems. Maintain spare parts inventory and manage maintenance documentation. Respond to equipment alarms and participate in root cause analysis investigations. Support continuous improvement initiatives for system reliability and energy efficiency. Mentor and train fellow team members or customers as needed.
