Schedule and direct installation crews on new installations and service calls. Supervise crews, assess performance, oversee worker productivity, and ensure proper compliance with health and safety codes. Process documentation for new/completed jobs and deliver completed job folders to Scheduling Coordinator. Address and solve installation and service issues, timely and professionally, to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • 6+ years of prior residential production building or remodeling experience.
  • 3+ years of previous management or crew supervision experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and inspect the quality of all employee or subcontractor installations and jobs.
  • Knowledge of systems such as Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and CRM Tools (i360 – SalesForce).
  • Valid drivers license.

Responsibilities
