Requirements

Experience leading crews in a home services business
Pragmatic and steady under pressure
Valid Driver’s License
Able to lift 40 lbs and push up to 800 lbs.
Wiling to work Saturdays

Responsibilities

Build and lead a team—hire, train, and direct people with confidence and resolve.
Oversee daily job launches, ensuring each crew has materials they need for the job.
Handle incoming calls or issues from the team and customers.
Manage warehouse operations: inventory, stocking, material pulls, receiving, etc.
Keep schedules tight and adjust quickly when needed.
Work on job sites when the crew is short-staffed – which will be often to start.
Own location reporting and communication with Foxy Coatings’ leadership team.
