About The Position

Hardman Signs is a national leader in architectural signage and graphics. We design, manufacture, install, and service high-impact signage solutions for commercial properties, multi-family housing, healthcare facilities, parking garages, and more. We partner with leading construction companies and architectural design firms to bring signage visions to life—from concept to installation. The Installation Inventory Specialist plays a key role in ensuring our installation teams have the correct hardware, fasteners, and mounting systems needed for each project. The primary focus is selecting, sourcing, organizing, and distributing hardware/fasteners. A secondary responsibility is partnering with the installation scheduler to oversee the safe loading of oversized signs onto trailers and flatbeds.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED & minimum one (1) year of experience in construction, carpentry, signage installation or related fields
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift certification and/or experience operating material-handling equipment

Responsibilities

  • Review work orders and determine appropriate fasteners and mounting solutions for installation of signs based on sign type, weight, substrate and site conditions
  • Distribute hardware to installers in alignment with scheduled projects
  • Maintain an organized, stocked inventory of installation supplies including hardware, fasteners, anchors, and mounting systems
  • Partner with installation scheduler to oversee the safe loading and securing of oversized signs on flatbeds, trailers, and hot shots, ensuring proper balance, strapping, and compliance with safety/weight regulations
  • Assist with other duties within the inventory and installation scope, as directed by management, to support overall project success
