About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Foodservice Installation Field Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will manage a team of installers, and ensure that we are providing quality installation and service to the customer. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in managing people that is looking to take the next steps in your career.

Requirements

• Experience leading and managing a team of 4 or more individuals, keeping the team motivated to complete projects properly and on time.
• Experience with Commercial Foodservice equipment and construction is extremely helpful.
• OSHA 30 or comparable safety training is helpful. However we can help with certificate.
• Familiarity with industry codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Commercial HVAC/R: 7 years (Required)
• Supervisory or Leadership: 3 years (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Commercial Foodservice equipment and construction is extremely helpful.

• EPA Universal Certification is helpful

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily field operations for Commercial Kitchen projects, including installation of grills, fryers, ovens, heating cabinets, exhaust hoods and stainless steel, etc.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of installers, ensuring they have the resources and training necessary to perform their duties effectively.
• Oversee installation of commercial kitchen equipment to include gas and electric equipment as well as stainless steel paneling and modification.
• Creatively work with and develop the team to deal with obstacles and issues that may arise on job sites.
• Complete monthly truck inspections of installers.
• Be a leader that provides motivation for a team of installers and discipline write ups if required.
• Willing to travel and stay overnight as needed for all of our installation territory.
