Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum 2 years related experience
• Customer Service experience
• Excellent Telephone skills
• Strong Troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Outlook and Web navigation

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules for Installers and Service Technicians
• Confirm appointments by calling customers
• Order equipment to ensure availability for installations
• Process job closeouts
• Perform other duties as assigned
