Responsibilities
- Efficiently schedule and coordinate plumbing, sewer, electrical and HVAC installations.
- Manage permit filings, equipment orders, and crew schedules simultaneously.
- Meticulously verify job folders and part lists to ensure every installation is set up for success.
- Collaborating daily with warehouse, dispatch and customer service teams to solve problems and schedule projects.
- Providing clear, friendly updates to customers to ensure a 5-star experience.
