About The Position

Join ARS, the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,000+ team members and over 45 years of experience. This position offers full-time, year-round work with a pay range of $20 - $22 per hour. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 6 am to 3 pm, with occasional Saturdays.

Requirements

• Permitting experience
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
• HVAC or home services knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Experience with permitting and permit tracking, particularly in the HVAC or construction industries
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple permits and ensure timely submission and completion
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, city officials, and inspectors to coordinate and schedule necessary inspections
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
