About The Position

As an Install Assistant with Bath Experts, you will have the opportunity to learn the skills necessary to build a career in the trade. At Bath Experts, our Install Assistants work hand in hand with our veteran installers providing assistance with set up, demolition, clean up, and installation of our bath and shower systems. Requirements

• Attendance and punctuality is required.
• Desire to learn a new trade, and interest in the home improvement industry
• Ability to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level, etc..
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to routinely and safely lift/move items weighing over 50lbs
• Ability to use power tools as necessary

Nice To Haves

• Relevant experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, renovation, etc..

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting the lead installer with the installation of our bath and shower systems.
• Provide assistance with set up, demolition, clean up, loading and unloading work truck, measuring and cutting materials, framing, and preparing the bath space for install.
• Develop trade skills in carpentry, plumbing, and construction.
• Help keep the company truck clean, organized, and stocked with all necessary equipment and materials.
• Attend team meetings and individual & group training workshops
• Provide the highest level of customer service to ensure all customers have a 5-star bath remodel experience
