About The Position

As an Install Apprentice at ACS Augusta, you will play a crucial role in supporting the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Your primary responsibility will be to assist experienced technicians in the installation process, ensuring that all systems are set up efficiently and according to safety standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HVAC industry while learning from skilled professionals. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving installation issues, contributing to the overall success of our projects. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with a CLEAN driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
• Will be floating between departments - Shop / Rough Ins / Change out helper - GREAT opportunity to learn all of HVAC!!

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers in the installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings for retrofit and new construction.
• Help with the preparation and organization of tools and materials needed for installation projects within the shop.
• Participate in the testing and inspection of installed systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates on project progress.
