The Instructional Designer at DaVita will be a key member of the Learning Design & Development team within DaVita University's Center of Excellence. This role focuses on designing and developing effective learning solutions that enhance the learner experience and drive business impact. The Designer will collaborate with various stakeholders to create self-paced learning content using instructional design methodologies, particularly the ADDIE model, and will work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
